Welcome to Church of the Resurrection ! We desire everyone who calls Rez their home to be a meaningful part of our community by establishing strong relationships and actively serving in various ways. We hope this introduction will help you understand how you can become more integrated into the life of the church.
STEPS TO CONNECT
1. Visit on a Sunday
Visit our community in worship on a Sunday. You’ll see much of who we are in how we worship God together each week. For more information on what to expect on Sundays, click here.
2. Attend a Newcomers’ Lunch or Dinner
One Sunday per month at the RezHouse, meet our leaders and hear more of our story over a casual meal. This is a great way to get a better sense of who we are and how you can be better connected. Click here to RSVP.
3. Sign up for our Listserv, Weekly Newsletter, & Rez Directory

5. Attend the Rez Foundations Course
Explore the essentials of what Christians believe. This course will give you a deeper understanding of the gospel, this community, and Anglicanism. Rolling up your sleeves and serving in our community is probably the best way to make it feel like home. Welcome people to our service as a greeter, join our music ministry, help set the Lord's table, or pray with someone during communion—these are just a sampling of the many ways to serve. For more information email email@example.com.
7. Join a Community Group
Typically consisting of 8-14 people, RezGroups meet together in homes on a weekly or semi-weekly basis for fellowship, Bible study, worship, prayer, and service. It’s through these groups that we live life together as a community. For more information firstname.lastname@example.org.
8. Parish Retreat
Each spring we host our annual Parish Retreat at Meadowkirk farm in Middleburg, VA. The Parish Retreat is a great way to rest, grow in faith and build relationships with others in the congregation.
