Rez Greenhouse: Athanasius’s on The Incarnation

Why did the Son of God come to us in the flesh, and what did he accomplish through his incarnation? These are the questions that Christmas raises, and so to prepare for this great Christian feast day, you are invited to a reading group, led by Pastor Andrew Evans, of Saint Athanasius’s classic treatise On the Incarnation. Come to meet one of the holy catholic church’s greatest early (c. 4th cen.) theologians. Come for the opening essay on old books by C.S. Lewis. But most of all, come to prepare your heart for Christmas.
