Confirmation is an Anglican custom in which baptized Christians publicly affirm their faith in Christ before the Bishop. It’s open to youth and adults alike. If you’re interested in being confirmed by Bishop Steve Breedlove on Saturday, October 17th, contact Shawn Honey.

The men’s weekend away will be October 17-18 at Katalou. The focus will be on prayer, both collectively and individually. Come for a restful break from the city, fellowship with brothers, and communion with Christ. RSVP to Nick Ellington.  Cost is $10.

The next Men’s Dinner will be on Monday, October 12, at Christ our Shepherd Church from 7 to 9 pm. Bryan Wandel, one of our pastoral interns who will be joining the Brookland church plant next month, will speak on the Lord’s prayer. Dinner will be provided for free. RSVP to Andrew Evans.
