Rez Distinctives is a course for those who wish to go beyond the Essentials and study some of our unique beliefs and practices as a church. Distinctives meets on Sunday afternoons at 3:30 pm downstairs at Christ our Shepherd.
This week: "Why Liturgical Worship?" Why isn't our worship more free-flowing and spontaneous? Why do we do the things we do on Sundays? Is there any room for flexibility? The Rev. Dan Claire will lead the discussion.

Essentials Course Begins Feb 24 at 7 pm

Rez Essentials is a five week course for those who wish to learn more about our beliefs and practices, as well as those who are interested in membership in the Church of the Resurrection. We originally planned to begin the course on Wednesday, February 10. Due to the blizzard(s), we have postponed the start date two weeks to Feb 24 at 7 pm at Christ our Shepherd Church, 801 North Carolina Ave. SE, Washington, DC 20003.
